Please complete the form with the correct information and return it to the Consular Office with the required attachments.
General Requirements
1. One visa application form.
2. Two passport-sized photos (attached to application form).
3. Your passport, valid for at least 6 months.
4. If you are an E.U. alien resident, provide a copy of your Social Security Card.
5. An official letter from your employer or organization stating the purpose and duration of your trip to Afghanistan.
Visa Processing Fee
Single entry visas (one month): Euro 80.00
In case of an urgent request for visa the costs will be 120.00 Euro (one month)
